GCLEM aims to handle cancellations, refunds, and product-related complaints fairly and transparently. The applicable terms depend on the order type, production status, written agreement and applicable law.

Retail Orders

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Eligible refunds are assessed based on the product condition, order status and applicable consumer rights.
  • Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to payment-provider processing.

Custom Manufacturing and Made-to-Order Products

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to the agreed order terms and production status.
  • Once production begins, cancellation or refund may be restricted to the extent permitted by law and the written agreement.
  • Where a verified manufacturing defect is attributable to GCLEM, appropriate rectification, replacement or refund will be considered according to the agreed terms and applicable law.

Wholesale and B2B Orders

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before production or dispatch.
  • Deposits, materials already procured, completed production and other committed costs will be handled according to the written agreement and applicable law.

International Export Orders

Export cancellations, freight charges, customs charges and refund arrangements are governed by the accepted quotation, contract and applicable trade terms. Any claim for damaged or incorrect goods should be reported promptly with photographs and supporting documents as per logistics regulations.
