  • Corrosion resistance test and surface smoothness check.

2. Processing & Fabrication

• Cutting & Shaping:

  • Bamboo cut edges must be smooth without splinters.

  • Metal forming should ensure uniform thickness and roundness.

• Joining:

  • Leak-proof welding/sealing between copper–steel body and bamboo casing.

  • Adhesives, if used, must be food-safe and heat-resistant.

3. Surface Treatment & Finishing

• Bamboo Finish:

  • Sanded and polished for a smooth touch (no rough patches).

  • Eco-friendly coating (non-toxic varnish/oil) evenly applied.

• Metal Finish:

  • Copper and steel surfaces are polished, free from scratches and sharp edges.

  • No discoloration, oxidation, or residue.
